Whitegrove Parents and Friends Association (WPFA)
On joining the school all parents are automatically members of the WPFA, along with anyone who has an interest in the school, including Warfield Parish Council, local business representatives and other members of the local community.
The main aims of the WPFA are:
- To raise funds for the school and
- To provide a social and support network for the families of the school through organised events.
WPFA Meetings
Everyone is welcome to attend open meetings and hear about the progress that we are making.
What has the WPFA done so far?
Over the years, the WPFA has raised thousands of pounds which have contributed towards:
- Outdoor classroom
- Digital flips and digital cameras
- ICT equipment
- Playground equipment
- Class Christmas gifts
- Interactive whiteboards
- Theatre group visits
What does the WPFA organise?
These are just some of the events and activities that we have organised:
- Summer Fete
- Christmas Bazaar
- Creche during assemblies/celebrations
- Christmas lunches
- School discos
- Walk on Wednesdays
- Sing-a-long film nights (for parents!)
- Quiz Night
- Grow a pound
- Easter Egg Hunt
- Race Night
- Ice cream sales
- and lots, lots more!
